How long does it take to transition infrastructure management to Technowand?
Most transitions wrap up in 2 to 4 weeks. We start with a discovery audit so we actually understand your environment before we take anything on — that bit matters more than people expect. From there we stabilise any imeddiate risks, get our monitoring and tooling in place, and hand over properly. We're deliberate about keeping the transition non-disruptive so your team barely notices the change.
How is this different from standard IT support?

Yes — and honestly, most of our clients are runnning exactly that. Pure cloud is still the exception for Australian SMEs. We manage physical servers, virtualised environments, Azure, Microsoft 365, and all the hybrid combinations in between. We treat it as one environment rather than two seperate problems, which is usually where the coverage gaps are.
How do you handle infrastructure for businesses across multiple locations?
We use centralised monitoring and standardised processes so every site gets the same quality of management regardless of size. The Brisbane office doesn't get worse coverage than the Canberra head office just because it's smaller. We've managed multi-site environments long enough to know that inconsistency between locations is usually where the problems start — so we're deliberate about avoiding it.
